Customers

Customers is a sheet of the people and businesses you sell to: name, phone, email, TIN, address and notes. Edit any cell by typing, paste a list from Excel, or Import a file.

• Press N or New customer to add one, and / to search.
• Open a customer (Ctrl+Enter) to see what they owe and their invoices.
• A phone number on a customer is what lets invoices, reminders and receipts open WhatsApp straight to them — worth adding.

Suppliers

Suppliers is who you buy from, what you owe them, and how to reach them — in one list, biggest debt first.

• Filters: You owe, Late, All. Search by name, contact person or phone number.
• Each row shows what is still owed, with what is late or due this week under it, plus the contact person, phone, payment terms and when you last dealt with them.
• WhatsApp opens a chat with them straight from the row, where you have their number.
• Tap a supplier to see every bill still owed to them, with Call, Email and a way through to Bills.
• New supplier takes a name, contact person, phone, email and payment terms. Suppliers you have recorded a bill for appear here automatically — Add details fills in the rest.
• Payment terms are used to work out when a bill from them is due.
