AI Brief is your daily read on the business. Open it in the morning and it tells you what changed, what needs attention, and what is at risk — before you go looking.
What is in it
Where you stand. Money in and out for the period, your current balances, and whether the trend is healthy momentum or something to watch.
What needs you. Transactions pending review, approvals that are blocked, expenses still missing a receipt, and anything stopping a clean close.
What is coming. A short cash forecast, scheduled inflows and outflows, and any committed spend you may have forgotten.
Where the money is going. Revenue by product and expense trends, so a category creeping up gets noticed while it is still small.
Active alerts. Anything your alert rules have tripped.

Asking for more
The brief is a starting point, not the whole conversation. Ask follow-ups in plain language:
- "Give me today's daily business brief"
- "Why is cash lower than last week?"
- "Which expense category grew most this month?"
- "What is still blocking the close?"
Answers come from your real entries, and you can open any transaction behind a number.
Reading it well
Trends beat totals. A single big day means little. The brief highlights direction — that is the useful signal.
Deal with the queue while it is small. Ten transactions pending review is ten minutes. Four hundred is a weekend, and by then nobody remembers what any of them were.
"Confirm balances are accurate" means actually count. Open the cash box. Check the MoMo wallet. That is what turns bookkeeping into something you can rely on.
